HOW USAGE IS COUNTED

Measured the same way it is billed.

Minutes

Connected call time, rounded to the second and totalled for the month. An unanswered call costs nothing. Both inbound and outbound calls count.

SMS segments

One segment is up to 160 characters of plain text; a longer message becomes several segments. Inbound and outbound both count, including messages your staff send from the shared inbox.

Website messages

Messages submitted through the widget on your own site are not metered and never count against an allowance.

Where to check

Your billing page shows this month's usage by type as it accumulates, so the allowance is something you can watch rather than discover.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

Two things worth saying plainly.

We do not book appointments

The receptionist answers from your approved knowledge, transfers to a person, takes a message, or captures a callback request. A callback request is pending until your staff confirm the time — it is never presented to the caller as a confirmed appointment.

We do not bundle add-ons silently

Certified mail, documents, signatures, promotion and website installation are quoted separately and appear before you approve them. They are never folded into the monthly total.

Secure checkout uses the configured payment account. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable tax.
